Kateřina Mátlová - Singer and Dancer

Curriculum vitae

Born in Brno, Katerina studied in Prague focusing on the French language. She underwent her internship in Paris and graduated from the conservatory of Jaroslav Jezek as well as the Dance Center of Charles University. She began performing at the Theater in Old Town in the musical Puss in Boots along with Vaclav Neckar and later appeared in musicals such as Hair, Grease, Monte Christo. In her appearance in Dracula she alongside Iveta Bartosova appeared in the main role of Adriana/Sandra. She cooperated with the now defunct dance company Uno on projects such as The Little Mermaid and Carmen. She has appeared in such performances as Cat on a Hot Tin Roof and Tancirna. Katerina also played a small role on the TV Show Nemocnice na Kraji Mesta.

Katerina accompanied by Vera Spinarova have released a CD with the title Co si Laska Zada (what love requires). She's cooperating on an album with Daniel Hadl, Frantisek Soukup, and foreign artistes such as Sean, who worked with Fatboy Slim. She received the title of Miss Formula 1 and worked for West McLaren Mercedes Team Formula 1.
